Founded in 1988 as Willis Energy Services, CLEAResult Canada has been delivering energy efficiency services across the country for 37 years. Our experts lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable and carbon-neutral future for our communities and our planet. Headquartered in Toronto, we serve communities across nine provinces and three territories. We are committed to improving energy security for Indigenous communities, supporting 35 remote communities in 2024.

As the largest employer of energy efficiency professionals in Canada, we are committed to community development and fostering local economic growth. We employ approximately 350 full-time employees and another 1,000+ subcontractors from over 260 small businesses.

We’re honoured to be entrusted with making energy efficiency more accessible for all our neighbours and fellow Canadians. Our current programs, studies or consulting projects total 29 commercial and industrial, 45 residential, 7 Indigenous and remote, and 7 alternatives (energy transition, demand response, and more).

We deliver 12 tailored programs designed to meet the unique needs, priorities, and cultural contexts of Indigenous and remote communities across Canada. These programs have improved energy security and comfort in over 70 remote and Indigenous communities nationwide.
Our impact is clear for homes and businesses
The lifetime impact of CLEAResult Canada’s 2024 program activity saves customers $2.2 billion on energy bills and averts 2.1 million metric tons of CO₂ emissions – that’s equivalent to removing 487,663 passenger vehicles from the road for one year and providing electricity to 2.2 million homes for a year, as long as measures are installed and in use.
